Global Organics White Wine Vinegar is produced from a fermented blend of wine adding an acidic sharpness to marinades and sauces or balance of flavour when cooking. White wine vinegar has a more subtle floral note than red wine vinegar and is perfectly paired with lighter dishes like pale greens, chicken, tofu and seafood. Tarragon pairs well with it in sauces and dressings. It is often used in chutneys, butter sauces, hot sauces, dips, marinades, sweet and sour dishes or pickles.
